By accessing or using iEatPDF ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

iEatPDF provides free online PDF processing tools including merging, splitting, compressing, converting, signing, protecting and other document operations. Some features may require a free account or a paid subscription.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use iEatPDF to:

Process files that infringe third-party intellectual property rights
Upload malicious, illegal or harmful content
Attempt to overload, disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service
Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service without prior written consent

4. Your content

You retain full ownership of any files you upload. By using the Service, you grant iEatPDF a limited, temporary licence to process your files solely to deliver the requested output. Files are deleted automatically within 1 hour of processing.

5. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that processing will be error-free or that output files will meet your specific requirements. You are responsible for keeping backups of your original files.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iEatPDF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any loss of data or documents.

8. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The date at the top of this page indicates the last revision.
